Alcobev Industry

Entry Guidelines

  • Before submitting entries, participants (including brands, companies, and individuals) must carefully review the specific criteria for each category
  • All award categories are listed under their respective segments (please refer to the listed categories)
  • Participants may select categories that best align with their brand, product, or professional achievements
  • Brands of each category as per its price point (range) or style, will be judged through a blind tasting
  • All required information must be submitted in the prescribed format (in the provided form or in PPT) provided by the organisers
  • Each entry must be accompanied by high-resolution JPEG Where applicable, audio-visual (AVs) link should also be included as part of the submission

Terms & Conditions

  • The participating brand must be a legally operational alcoholic beverage company in compliance with Indian laws
  • There is no limit to the number of entries; companies may submit nominations across multiple categories
  • Nominations will be considered valid only if the complete entry form, along with the product samples (where applicable), is submitted within the specified deadline and in the prescribed format
  • Participation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable entry fees within the given deadline
  • The jury reserves the right to reassign an entry to a more suitable category if deemed appropriate
  • The jury’s decision will be final and incontestable. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained
  • Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the jury may confer Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Grand Gold quality labels to entries that meet the established excellence benchmarks
  • Winning brands are permitted to use the award label for promotional purposes for a period of three (3) years from the date of the award

Open to the alco-beverages importers who have continued improving their portfolio by importing quality and innovative brands/categories in the past one year (August 2024 – July 2025).


Open to the retailers dealing with alco-beverages products who have grown sales due to their schemes, efforts, etc in the past one year (August 2024 – July 2025)


This award celebrates an outstanding corporate communications leader who has demonstrated excellence in building and enhancing their company’s reputation and stakeholder engagement in the alcobev industry from August 2024 to July 2025.


Open to all the alco-beverage companies who have undertaken CSR activities for betterment of the deprived people, women empowerment, health, environment protection/improvement, road safety, etc during the past one year (August 2024 – July 2025)


Open to individuals who in past one year (August 2024 – July 2025) have shown extraordinary leadership skills


Open to all the alco-beverage companies who have done well in various aspects of business as well in customer service in the last five years (August 2024 – July 2025). The nominated company must be an active business located or operating in India. It must have been in business for at least 5 years.


Open to individuals who have demonstrated a consistent history of contribution in the alcoholic beverages industry in their long career, making a significant impact on the company they represented as well as on the industry.


Last date is August 18, 2025 for:
